Wolverhampton Wanderers @ Chelsea

Wolves: +400

Chelsea: -145

Draw: +265

Over/Under: 2.5

Chelsea welcomes Wolverhampton to Stamford bridge for a Tuesday afternoon showdown. With only three points separating The Blues from the top of the table, they will be looking to secure three points against a scrambling Wolves side.

Match Preview

Chelsea suffered their first defeat since September against an up and coming Everton squad. Everton narrowly escaped with a 1-0 win thanks to a first half goal from the penalty spot. Chelsea will be without Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi, but the return of American phenom, Christian Pulisic could spark some action on the attacking side of the ball.

After a last minute goal against Aston Villa on Saturday, the Wanderers have dropped three of their last five games; conceding six goals in just three matches and scoring only two. Without star striker, Raul Jimenez, finding the back of the net has become an increasingly difficult challenge. Veteran midfielder, João Mouthino, will also be unavailable for Matchday 13 due to a red card against Aston Villa. Goals could be a distant memory for a struggling Wolverhampton squad.

Prediction

I believe that Chelsea simply have too much talent for the Wanderers and will finish the 90 minutes with a 3-1 win.

Pick: Over 2.5

West Bromwich Albion @ Manchester City

Man City: -1100

West Brom: +2400

Draw: +900

Over/Under: 3.5

Kevin De Bruyne and company face off against a bottom of the table West Brom in the Etihad on Tuesday Night. After 0-0 derby draw to Manchester United, Manchester City will be looking to return to the top half of the Premier League with a win.

Match Preview

Currently in 9th place, City is far from their usual top 4 seeding. With the Champions League Group Stage now over, Pep Guardiola will no longer hold his players back in Premier League play. However the absence of striker, Sergio Aguero, may limit the amount of goals scored for Manchester.

West Brom have had an abysmal start to the 20’ / 21’ season. The Baggies have collected only 6 points in eleven matches this year. They have surely earned a spot in the relegation zone up to now, but to their credit, seven of their last eleven matches have been separated by a goal or less.

Prediction

Manchester City will easily handle West Brom, but I believe it will be a more competitive game than Vegas Predicts. Manchester City Win 2-0.

Pick: Under 3.5
